Late / Absence

Reporting an absence or communicating with school

Our school offices opening hours are 8am until 4pm. 

During this time, there will be a member of the office team available to help you with any requests that you may have or take messages, such as reporting your child’s absence from school. The quickest and easiest way to contact us is by email.

If your child will be absent from school, please email the school office or record a message by phone before the start of the school day.  The office team may call back to find out more information if required.  In line with our attendance policy, if a child is absent and it has not been reported to the office, the office team will call parents/carers.
